Saskatchewan PNP Entrepreneur Process
Step 1: Submit EOI to the SINP
Candidates are expected to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the SINP, expressing their interest in the nomination for permanent residence in Saskatchewan
Step 2: Get the Invitation to Apply
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their scores based on the points grid system. The top scoring candidates will be invited to apply.
Step 3: Establishment of the business
The applicants who have been approved on a valid post-graduate work permit (PGWP) must operate their proposed business.
Step 4: Nomination
If an applicant has fulfilled the conditions of the Business Performance Agreement (BPA), then they can apply to be nominated by the SINP for permanent residency.
