With a UK Innovator visa, you can now bring your family.
When you want to run or set up a business based on your unique idea, there is no better way to apply for the UK Innovator visa. This business idea should be very different from anything in the market, making it such a pivotal UK immigration pathway. If you do not have a business idea of your own, we can offer matching services with the UK-based Technology Startup/Business. An approved body should endorse your business or business idea.
The UK innovator visa provides you a solution for this by giving you a provision wherein your partner and children can apply to join you or to stay in the UK and can be termed as your dependents as a result.
If they fulfill all the eligibility requirements and are qualified, then their visa will end on the same date as yours. A dependent or child can be any of the following combinations. It can be three types:
- your husband, wife, civil partner, or unmarried partner
- your child under 18 means that they were born in the UK during the time of your stay here
- your child over 18 if they’re currently in the UK as your dependant
Ensure that you will be required to prove your relationship and how you are both related when deciding to apply. You should be able to prove that you are engaged in a civil partnership or marriage, which will be deciding factor for your UK Business Visa application. Or, you may have to demonstrate that you have been involved in a relationship for a minimum of 2 years when you apply for the Innovator visa.
Also, make sure that your partner and your children have sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay in the UK. The amount required £285 for your partner, £315 for one child, and £200 for every additional child. This money should be present either in your or the bank account of your dependent.
