How difficult is it to get an L1 visa?

Basically, the L1 visa of the US has been designed for multinational companies in order to transfer their overseas employees to a branch, subsidiary, office, or affiliate in the U.S. These employees must either belong to the L-1A category for managers and executives of the company or the L-1B, which is for employees with specialized knowledge.
